Things to do and Places to eat in Little Odessa

The free public beach merely a few blocks away from the subway station is Little Odessa’s biggest

attraction. The sandy beach at Little Odessa is known to be much quieter than the noisy Coney Island.

There are also theaters like See a Concert or Take in a Floor Show that is Russian plays. Also, if

someone would like to visit a pay their respects to those who lives who negatively impacted through the

Holocaust; there is a Holocaust Memorial Park right in Brighton Beach. The beautiful boardwalk of Little

Odessa is a great place to bike, walk, or have a nice job.

There are also many great places to eat in Little Odessa. Skovorodka, located directly on Brighton Beach Avenue serves up traditional Russian food, with specialty dishes like Beef Stroganoff with buckwheat. Another great restaurant is Beyti Turkish Kebab located directly on Brighton Beach Avenue as well, which features great Mediterranean food. As mentioned before, the demographics are changing slightly and it is represented in the food industry’s landscape. Tacos El Rey is a very popular Mexican restaurant within Brighton Beach that serves up traditional Mexican eats, which is certainly worth a try.

I look forward very much to visiting and spending time in Brighton Beach within the foreseeable future.
